Pelvic & Postpartum Physio

Expert physiotherapy to help you understand your pelvic health and feel confident in your body.

Pelvic health can change throughout life, particularly during pregnancy, after having a baby and through hormonal changes such as perimenopause and menopause.

Pelvic physiotherapy can help you understand what's happening in your body, manage symptoms and build the strength, control and confidence to get back to the things you enjoy.

Personalised care, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Your pelvic health is personal, and your treatment should be too.

Your first appointment begins with a detailed conversation about your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and goals. Olivia will then assess the areas relevant to you and explain what's happening in clear, straightforward terms. Together, you'll develop a plan based on what you want to achieve — whether that's feeling more comfortable day-to-day, rebuilding strength after birth, returning to running or exercise, or simply feeling more confident in your body. Treatment may include education, tailored exercises, movement and rehabilitation, manual therapy and guidance around returning to activity.

Get a Mummy MOT Today.

The Mummy MOT® is a specialist postnatal assessment carried out by a trained physiotherapist. It looks at how pregnancy and birth have affected your body, including your pelvic floor, abdominal muscles, posture, movement and overall recovery.

Your assessment is completely individual to you. Whether you're experiencing symptoms or simply want reassurance that your body is recovering well, we'll take the time to understand what you're experiencing and what you'd like to get back to doing.
