Pilates
Move well. Build strength. Feel confident in your body.
Pilates is a considered approach to movement that can help improve strength, stability, mobility and body awareness.
With a background in physiotherapy and APPI-qualified Pilates training, Olivia combines clinical knowledge with Pilates principles to create sessions that are purposeful, supportive and tailored to you.
Whether you're new to Pilates, returning to exercise after having a baby or looking for more personalised guidance, there's an option to suit you.
Mum & Baby Pilates
A weekly Pilates class for new mums — with your baby by your side.
Our Tuesday morning Mum & Baby Pilates class is designed to help you gradually rebuild strength and confidence after having a baby, while enjoying some time out of the house with other new mums.
The class follows a classical Pilates approach, with a focus on:
-
Core strength and stability
-
Pelvic floor strength and function
-
Posture and alignment
-
Strength and mobility
-
Reconnecting with your body after birth
No previous Pilates experience is needed and all abilities are welcome.
And because becoming a mum isn't just about exercise, there's time for a coffee and catch-up afterwards — a chance to meet other mums and enjoy some connection beyond the class

Pilates with a physiotherapist
Movement is about more than simply completing an exercise.
Olivia's physiotherapy background gives her a deeper understanding of how the body moves, how injuries can affect movement and how exercise can be progressed safely and effectively.
This can be particularly valuable if you're returning to exercise after an injury, pregnancy or childbirth, or if you simply want a more considered approach to your training.
If you're experiencing pain or specific symptoms, a physiotherapy assessment may be the best place to start before beginning Pilates.
